Anschluss Produktion an der Filmakademie Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, wo sie diverse szenische Kurzfilme, Musikvideos und Dokumentarfilme produzierte und schliesslich mit einem 90-min\u00fctigen Spielfilm ihren Abschluss machte. 2008 nahm sie als Produzentin am Berlinale Talent Campus teil und begann danach als Junior Producerin f\u00fcr Millbrook Pictures in Z\u00fcrich zu arbeiten. Anschliessend arbeitete sie freiberuflich als Script Consultant f\u00fcr Scripthouse in Berlin mit Fokus auf den Schweizer Markt. Von 2009-2011 arbeitete Flora als Produzentin f\u00fcr Okofilm in Z\u00fcrich, daraufhin als Werbefilmproducerin.
