Daniel Hope is one of the most important violinists of the present. His extraordinary life story begins in 1973 in South Africa, where his parents fled from the Nazis. Here, however, the family soon became the target of the apartheid regime. Finally, Hope grows up in England, where as a young boy he meets his future mentor, the world-famous violinist Yehudi Menuhin. An unpredictable world career takes its course ...
